# Defense Tech Hackathon in Berlin

Built SIMS in 48 hours - an AI incident reporting system now heading to field tests.


So this is an exciting one: I spent 48 hours at the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub hackathon building SIMS - an AI-powered incident reporting system. Point your phone at a threat, record what you see, and AI handles the rest: transcription, threat analysis, GPS coordinates, automatic routing to responders. No more fumbling with phone calls during emergencies.
We didn’t win, but the feedback was strong enough that we’re now discussing real field tests with THW and others. So I’ll keep you posted on when and how we release it. Yay :)
